Release of Claims

In consideration of the payment of Eight Hundred and 00/100 Dollars ($800.00) by R&M Driveaway Inc (“Company”) to the undersigned Releasor, the Releasor agrees as follows:

1. Releasor forever releases and discharges Company, its owners, officers, employees, agents, drivers (including Rick Hakes / Richard G. Hakes II), insurers, successors, and assigns from any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, costs, and causes of action of any kind arising out of or related to the incident involving Rick Hakes and Jerry Edward that occurred on or about September 22, 2026 (James River / Stonewood claim reference P100009194), whether known or unknown.
2. Releasor will not file, pursue, or continue any claim against Company’s insurance (including James River Insurance Company, Stonewood Insurance, Falls Lake Insurance Companies, or any related insurer) for that incident, and will cooperate reasonably to close any open insurance claim, including confirming in writing to the insurer that Releasor’s damages are satisfied if asked.
3. This payment is a compromise of disputed claims and is not an admission of liability by Company or anyone released.
4. Releasor has read this Release, understands it, and signs it voluntarily. This is the entire agreement on this subject.
